1洗完生球菜放加了盐的纯净水里浸泡2酱：甜面酱生抽白糖米醋麻酱（某某捞的也可）（酱香酸甜）搅拌均匀3生球菜控干一层层淋酱After washing the raw cabbage, soak it in purified water with salt added.Sauce: Stir well with sweet bean paste, light soy sauce, white sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame paste (or a similar product from a certain brand). (The sauce has a sweet and sour aroma with a hint of soy sauce.)Drain the raw cabbage and drizzle the sauce layer by layer.
