1) Put yeast in to the water.
Mix it together
2) Put Flour , sugar , salt and oil in to basin.
3) mix 1)&2) together. I used about 20 minutes.
4) Keep close (28°c 1.5 hours)
5) After swelling , Bring the dough come to cut in two. and rest it in 28°c place about 15 minutes.
6) Cut it like what you want. Put it to the baking type and wait.( 40 minutes in 38°c place)
7) Bake ! !! (200°c 20 minutes)
